  • Promotes violence

4.4 Abuse of Messaging Services

Customers using SMS or MMS services must follow applicable messaging requirements. Users may not:

  • Send misleading or deceptive messages
  • Hide the identity of the sender
  • Send prohibited content
  • Ignore recipient opt-out requests

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permissions before sending business messages.

4.5 Unauthorized Access and Security Abuse

  • Introduce malware or harmful code
  • Test or attack systems without authorization

6. Call Recording Responsibilities

  • Managing recorded information appropriately

Zyntelio provides technical functionality but does not provide legal advice regarding call recording requirements.

7. SMS and MMS Compliance

Customers using messaging services must follow applicable messaging regulations. Customers agree to:

  • Obtain required consent before messaging recipients

  • Respect opt-out requests
  • Send relevant business communications
  • Maintain accurate sender information

Failure to follow messaging requirements may result in restrictions or suspension of messaging services.
